From timing belts to power steering issues to oil changes, in Edmonton, it can be difficult to source a car mechanic that’s fair, safe, and values their customers.

It’s a big thing to go to the mechanic. It’s time out of your workday or otherwise busy schedule – and it usually means there isn’t something quite right with your vehicle. That’s anxiety-inducing for anyone!

For our first blog piece, we wanted to take the time to reiterate our values and mission here at Bruce Stewart. Plus – you can expect regular blog pieces going forward!

Above all, our goal is to get you safely back on the road with minimal delay!

Through fair labour billing, which is calculated through either actual hours spent on repair or an industry-approved hour allotment for any given job, we are determined to provide the best financial value to our customers.

Additionally, we strive each day to offer high-quality auto parts that meet or exceed the manufacturer’s specifications. The people of Edmonton can rest assured that we will always do our utmost to do right by them – and their wallets!

Our goal is to provide fair, honest service to our customers in Edmonton. Whether it’s a simple oil change or a significant repair, we want everyone to feel cared for and in good hands. Our philosophy is that we do what we say we’ll do – always at a fair price.

This level of service is how we’ve been able to cultivate a large number of lifetime customers and maintain an excellent turnover rate within our staff – with some team members coming up on 20 years with us! We value our talent and promote in-house frequently.

As well, we understand that car repairs are objectively expensive – and can make a significant dent in your monthly income. That’s why we’ve come up with financing options as well as ninety-day labour and part guarantees. If something happens to a part we’ve installed after a service appointment – you don’t want to have to worry about reaching into your wallet again.

These are only the tip of the iceberg – and generally the most common repairs most vehicles require. We also offer a Car Service package, which includes annual vehicle inspections, service reminders, and an annual summary of repair costs, if any, upon request. For those in Edmonton, that oil change has never been easier.

At Bruce Stewart’s Auto Repair Centre, we’ve designed our service program to provide our customers with worry-free driving, a better trade-in value, and lower repair and maintenance costs for services like oil changes, tire repair, wheel alignment, and brake repair.

These services are worth their weight in gold and will extend the life of your car. We make the process fuss-free, judgement-free, and take the anxiety out of the process for our valued customers.

Did you know? We make it easy for our customers to see what might be wrong with their vehicle before even bringing it into the shop! Skip the exhausting Google search and use our Ask The Tech online tool.
